De AXIS P1343-E, camera's garanderen hoge beeldkwaliteit en ondersteunen meerdere streams in H.264 en Motion JPEG, tweeweg audio en intelligente videotoepassingen, zoals het waarnemen van bewegingen en geluid. Verder beschikken de camera’s over een sabotage-alarm en een ingebouwd SD/SDHC geheugenslot om videobeelden lokaal op te slaan. De vier camera modellen hebben de volgende functionaliteiten:
